Data Deletion

You can revoke our access to any connected Google or Meta account whenever you like. In Ad Titan, go to Connections and disconnect the account or remove the login. You can also revoke access straight from your Google Account or Meta settings. Either way we stop reaching the platform immediately, and no further data is collected.

Disconnecting does not by itself delete the history already gathered. That is deliberate: an ad account carries years of metrics, its alert history and the reports written from it, and agencies are often obliged to keep those records. They stay in your workspace, under your control, until you choose to delete them. The next section is how.

Once a connected login has been removed, the ad accounts it reached are listed in Connections under “No login”. From there an owner or admin can delete them outright, with every metric, alert, report and record of changes pushed through them. The confirmation names how much history it is about to destroy, because it cannot be undone.

To delete your entire Ad Titan workspace and the personal data tied to it, email support@getadtitan.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Data deletion request". We'll confirm it's really you and delete your data within 30 days, then let you know it's done.

Deletion clears your account and workspace records, your connected-account data and synced metrics, saved views, reports, and conversation history. We may keep a small set of records where the law requires it (billing records, for example) or to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements, and backups drop off on their normal rotation.

The data we get from Google and Meta comes only through their official APIs, and we use it solely to run the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. Revoking access in your Google or Meta settings stops our access right away, so nothing further is collected. To erase what was already gathered, use either of the two steps above.
