Sub-processors

Ad Titan uses a small number of trusted third parties to run the service. This page lists them, what each does, and where it processes data. We keep it current, so you always know who touches your data.

1. Current sub-processors

To run the service, we rely on the third parties below. Each one is held to data-protection obligations at least as protective as those in our Data Processing Agreement, and we stay responsible for their work.

  • Google. Google Ads API access, so we can read and (with your approval) update your Google Ads accounts. United States.
  • Meta. Meta Marketing API access, so we can read and (with your approval) update your Meta Ads accounts. United States.
  • OpenAI. Powers the Atlas assistant. It processes the account data and question needed to return your answer, and doesn't use it to train models. United States.
  • Cloud hosting and database provider. Runs the app, database, and background jobs.
  • Transactional email provider. Delivers alert notifications, digests, and account emails.
  • Error-monitoring and logging provider. Helps us catch and fix problems and keep the service reliable.

We don't use advertising or ad-tech sub-processors, and we don't sell your data.

2. Changes to this list

We'll give reasonable notice before we add or replace a sub-processor, so you can object on reasonable data-protection grounds, as described in our Data Processing Agreement. To be notified of updates, or with any question, email support@getadtitan.com.
